  My 12 year old dog has had the same allergies flare up every 6-8 months for years. I used to be charged a consultation fee every time which was frustrating because it was always the same issue around the same time of year. Recently I contacted Erko Vet and explained that it was happening again, about 8 months after his last visit. This time instead of insisting I come in for another consultation, they looked at his history and said it was OK to just pick up the usual dosage. Their flexibility and pragmatic approach is greatly appreciated by me and my dog.
